How many sessions do I need?
My best advice is to start with a series of 3 to 4 sessions as most issues did not start overnight and can be deeply embedded in your energy field. I will also tell you to trust your intuition as well concerning time between sessions. Some clients come to work on specific issues and patterns while others like the tune-up benefit of just feeling more focused, clear and peaceful on a regular basis.

Anything you want to accomplish can be worked on, from freeing yourself of old habits to unlocking obstacles for more love, joy and accomplishment in any area of your life.
How does using sound and vibration help?
We store past and present imprints in our physical and emotional bodies that can create imbalance or dis-ease. The vibration waves of sound can break up discord and stagnation within us and unite our isolated pieces, restoring the harmony of our wholeness. Healing sounds can induce deep states of relaxation, reduce the heart rate and blood pressure, and assist us in attaining dominion over the mind by stilling internal chatter and focusing our awareness. The human body, being composed of 60-70% water, is a natural conductor of sound. Sound is also a carrier wave for consciousness. Adding your intention as the energy behind sound can bring healing to your state of being.
What do I need to do during a session?
It is best to have a general idea of what you would like to improve in your life, be it a habitual pattern, relationship, work struggle or health issue. Then relax and be open to letting go of outdated beliefs and energy patterns that no longer serve you.
What makes us open to energy overload and static.
Most people are aware when their energy is affected by another person, for better or worse. We are also constantly stimulated by the outside world and sometimes give too much of our energy to others or groups as we reach out with the desire to connect to love, happiness, success and community.
Why did I feel very tired after my first session and slept longer than I normally would?
Activating and releasing stagnant energy can be tiring. Most of us don’t realize how much stress we are holding on to until we let go of it. Also, some clients need a little time to relax after a session and will continue to integrate the benefits.
